About yourself: I also play that serious knight guy named Hendrik from DragonQuest XI.

Character: Yuki Sohma
House: Eiather
About: Yuki is a nice person, not wanting to hurt those around him and is shy and reserved. He also suffers from low self-esteem. The head of the family Akito Sohma tortured him, telling him that no one wanted him, and she said if anyone knew he turned into the rat, people would feel sickened and reject him. So Yuki was isolated, locked in a dark room, and dealt mental, emotional and physical torture. He was also kept away from most of the Sohma family as well, so he's definitely the type of person that could be lonely in a room full of people.

He's pretty damn intelligent and has no trouble in school in relation to grades and his cousin knows how sharp Yuki can be in relation to figuring things out. He's also a gardener and the garden also serves as a place that he can go to when he wants to be alone.

But basically, Yuki is an introverted, quiet, shy, reserved person. He's also polite and respectful unless that respect has been abused/mistrusted. He keeps a small circle of friends and is hard to get to really know. His curse is broken so he has no fear of transformation and he is not adversarial with Kyo anymore. Yuki is a work in progress and is learning to open up more as he goes on.

CR Goals: I'm pretty open. Since his curse is broken he won't transform into a rat. But he really needs someone to come in and break that shell to get him to open up, really.

He gardens and is the student council president back home. He's also a black belt in martial arts but the canon doesn't go into a particular style, unfortunately. There's also art drawn by the creator herself of him with a sword so that's something he'll be training with/learning too.

He's tutored Tohru Honda, so he can definitely do that once he gets the hang of all of this magic stuff.

fkhjkdjhf I should have looked at the apps because I did not see this coming. Yuki was like my fav chara in Fruits Basket but admittedly I did not read the manga or see any of the new anime assuming it's out yet. I only saw the older anime. Either way, it will be neat to see him around the game!

The new anime is coming out very soon, and it's supposed to cover the entire manga, so if you haven't read it, the rerelease should cover everything. A lot of the main voice actors have returned and the animation (going by the recent theatre premiere of the first two episodes) is just gorgeous.

And thank you, I hope he gets to meet Atem at some point!

That's what I heard (that it's supposed to cover the whole manga). I did watch the trailer and I wasn't sure how I felt about the new animation yet. Seeing full episodes would settle that I'm sure. Returning voices are always a welcome addition.

The new animation had to grow on me and I was uncertain about how they changed Yuki's eye colour.

I loved Atem in Yu-Gi-oh! So I'm really looking forward to having Yuki interact with him!

I hope you know you are making the wait for the 5th even harder. (I’ve wanted to see Fruits Basket done justice, so I’m very excited about the remake!)

Otherwise, I have another smart and reserved Japanese teenager, so I do not know how CR might go, but I am willing to try!

I'm sorry! I figure there will be a flood of Fruits Basket characters showing up in games here soon, so I thought to get Yuki in here asap before someone else! And yay remake!!!!

Hey Lynn! I somehow managed to not add you on Plurk when you joined with Hendrik, is it cool if I do that now?

Also, Yuki! He and Kamala would be maybe a good idea, since she's so nice and often upbeat. She'd also be pumped to learn that he's a black belt! So cool! But I'm curious to see where Yuki and Louie could go, CR-wise? I think Louie might help him break out of his shell while learning more about Yuki could help break down some of Louie's fronts.
