August Activity Check

Welcome to the August activity check for Diatu Magicademy! A reminder of our rules:

You must provide one log thread with at least 5 comments from your character.

You must provide either an additional log thread with at least 5 comments from your character, or a network thread with at least 10 comments from your character.

If you have some activity during the month, but not enough to pass AC, you may request a strike. To clear the strike, you must provide double activity the subsequent month.

Activity is valid for posts made between the close of applications in August and the close of applications in September -- so this month, any activity made between Wednesday, August 7th, and 8 PM Eastern time, Wednesday, September 4th.

Activity must be submitted by Saturday, September 7 at 8 PM Eastern time.

Also, as a reminder, the results of your Actions will be posted as a response to your activity check. If you haven't chosen any, you have until AC closes to do so.

Your efforts at honing your performances have resulted in:

+5 Fame.

On reaching 50 Fame, you are now a reputed performer. Most people who know entertainment know your name, and your performances are consistently well-attended. Both tavernkeeps and the owners of small venues seek you out to perform on their stages, and your income has taken a notably upward turn. You could now live solely on your earnings as a performer if you so desired (although with not studying magic having such dangerous results, we don't recommend this).

However, increasing your Fame after this will be more difficult. (We will roll a d100 + a modifier for your actions, and compare it to your current Fame level.)
