I've Got Friends On The Other Side 🎃
Mr. Fell (aka Aziraphale) has had a busy summer--getting discorporated, stopping the Apocalypse, dining at the Ritz...and ending up in Diatu.
That last part wouldn't be so bad if he wasn't missing his long-time best-friend and co-conspirator, the only other member of "our side": one Anthony J. Crowley. By arriving in Diatu, Aziraphale has effectively abandoned his friend on Earth alone, with very few allies and a whole (Hellish and Heavenly) host of enemies. While bringing Crowley here has its own array issues, NOT bringing Crowley seems cruel and unkind to Crowley, and (if he is honest with himself) unfair to Aziraphale. Look, he's an angel, but everyone is entitled to exhibit a little bit of selfishness.
So. He has decided to bring Crowley to this world. More specifically, he has decided to summon Crowley with magic.
What arrogance! you might say. A new student thinks he has the power and talent to Sunder a friend?!
Well, actually, yes.
Because Crowley is a demon. And summoning demons seems like a Hell of a lot easier than standard human Sundering. And after all, Crowley usually comes when needed.
On October 10th, having recruited the assistance of Eleven (a Holy hero) and Yotsuyu (who offered help before she knew what she was in for), Aziraphale will attempt in relative secrecy to summon his demon bff. Secrecy, because he knows exactly how this looks to most people--Not Good--and he doesn't want to endanger himself or Crowley.
It will NOT go as planned.
Possession Is Nine-Tenths of the Law
Maybe he messes up his sundering circle, maybe the incantation is wrong, maybe the glyph to keep the demon from exiting the circle backfires...whatever it is…
Aziraphale will involuntarily eject himself out of his corporeal form (his body) and Crowley suddenly will find himself inhabiting it in his stead.
It's a fancy way to say basically Aziraphale will be mind-swapped with Crowley. The Demon will be in the Angel's body in Diatu, and the Angel will be in the Demon's body on Earth...or wherever. It doesn't really matter because Aziraphale will just not be here.
I don't know how long or how well this Demon is going to keep up the charade of being "Mr. Fell," grumpy but mild-mannered former bookshop owner and current magic student...but eventually the jig is gonna be up and he is going to need other people's help to fix this issue.
So.

🎃 Finding out he's a demon or Aziraphale is an angel?
🎃 Helping him fix his Angel's mess?
🎃 General shenanigans because Crowley is a wily serpent?
🎃 Other ideas? Questions?
Let's plot!
(Also, after this is over, Crowley is going home, Aziraphale is coming back, and if Crowley ever shows up here as a player character, he's not going to know anything about this. =D)

I'd be glad to help any way I can. Sunset will be cooperative, mostly interested in learning about angels and demons. Kaiba...snarkier and focused on stopping the mayhem.

And if it turns out badly, well, all the more reason for Crowley to show up, right? Right.Mayhem, huh? Thanks. Now I'm picturing Crowley as the Allstate commercial Mayhem. Please snark at this demon, Kaiba. It'll be fun. He won't cause too much trouble. He'd like to get the Angel back to his body, and be returned to his own, truth be told.
