Admittedly, the first EG movie is the hardest thing to sit through, so good luck if you decide to venture into it! But friendship and magic is still a big part of the EG universe, so I think Fluttershy and Atem would get along pretty well.

That description reminds me of Capsule Monsters, cough, which overall I enjoyed but I can see why that series didn't appeal to everyone. Thanks! And I'm sure they should get along just fine.
