About yourself: I'm a 24 y/o computer science major in the midwest USA! I am still in school, can usually be found screaming, and am a giant block of salt. I mostly play video games and occasionally program stuff. I'm trying to learn German and draw sometimes, too!

Character: Aaron LeBlanc

About: Aaron is an angel that was cast out by heaven for refusing to give up information on a defector. On Earth he came to love music and wrote quite a bit of it. He had some really dark times with depression, absolutely losing himself in it for a while. His life definitely improved for the better upon getting clean and meeting his husband - getting his wings back, becoming a dj, and just living his life out. His husband passed away of natural causes so he's a bit down right now and he tends to still wear his wedding ring, but he hopes this will be a nice distraction from that.
CR Goals: Everything? Everything. I'd really like for him to adopt all of YOU KIDS as younger siblings. He's comfy hoodie angel big brother now and he will 700% encourage and join you children on capers. He will always stand by his friends and will lay his life down for them.
Notes: HE GOT A SWISS ARMY KNIFE PLATYPUS FAMILIAR NAMED PURBLE AND I LOVE HIM. IF THERE IS A HOOD ON THE UNIFORM THAT'S WHERE PURBLE LIVES NOW. (If not that's okay too.) Here's his application.

Honestly Aaron's never done like bookwork ever before so it'll be fun to see him try to figure out how to study? He'll be happy to meet another Eiather student and he will ~~probably cry about schoolwork~~ absolutely enjoy her aesthetic holy heck

Aww. No worries, Sunset sympathizes. She's a pretty quick learner, usually, but she had to figure out her style of learning before it started to click for her. She can read well, but it's not her favorite---she has to experiment herself. She'd be happy to help him try stuff!

Luckily he's a good reader, but all of his schooling up until then was just... combat. So he definitely needs help on different kinds of studying techniques and stuff! (Not to mention the entire trial that is learning how to take effective notes - yeesh!)

I'm sure he'll be spending a good amount of time in the common room before rushing off to his own room to do his best not to pull his hair out d:

I'm happy to see XIV friends in here, even if I'm not playing my own goddess of magic here.

Aaron's been around his own fair share of undesirables and he's developed quite a lot of patience - I'm sure he could handle her well enough, if she's willing to put up with a sad angel boi who chain smokes like tomorrow will never come.

They can go looking for tobacco together; she doesn't have her pipe but that doesn't mean that the addiction went away, if you ask me!

He might get her complaining at him about why he's sad. And possibly not understanding, as she was only too happy that HER husband bought it.

He used to roll his own cigs so I'm sure he'd happily roll for her as well until she gets her pipe back - perhaps while complaining at him about why he's sad, haha.

He would probably just deflect and dig into why she was happy about her husband going away, but I'm not entirely sure d: May be a conversation worth having sometime

Yeah, this would definitely be an interesting clash of characters between the two of them...but I'm thinking not in a bad way, and I'm looking forward to it!

i'm still looking over his application, but i would absolutely love for lloyd to have cr with him, partly because lloyd's actually expressed wanting an older brother in canon and partly because aaron's an ACTUAL angel and not some fake.

I'm not very familiar with your canon but I really like him based on the description and tbh you had me at "Lloyd's an idiot" lol I'm totally down for them having CR and for Aaron being that brother figure, though he's certainly not your typical goody two-shoes angel I'm sure Lloyd may be expecting d:

LMAO i wish i was exaggerating over how stupid Lloyd really is... he's the butt of the joke most of the time throughout the game, it's sad...

So far I've written responses to this on four separate computers and I just haven't hit the post button ^^;; Adding me on plurk absolutely wasn't too presumptuous - that's the point of it :D

As for Lloyd being a dumb like... I really like characters like that, I tend to find them really cute, so I'm excited to get to know Lloyd and build that CR!!

I'll be sure to do that - you have quite the write up about his history and whatnot so I tell myself "ah it'll be comprehensive it's fine" but I'm sure I'll come up with some way to have a question or two d:
