April Activity Check

Welcome to the April activity check for Diatu Magicademy! A reminder of our rules:

You must provide one log thread with at least 5 comments from your character.

You must provide either an additional log thread with at least 5 comments from your character, or a network thread with at least 10 comments from your character.

If you have some activity during the month, but not enough to pass AC, you may request a strike. To clear the strike, you must provide double activity the subsequent month.

Activity is valid for posts made between the close of applications in April and the close of applications in May -- so this month, any activity made between April 3rd and 8 PM Eastern time, Wednesday, May 1st.

Activity must be submitted by Saturday, May 4th at 8 PM Eastern time.

Also, as a reminder, the results of your Actions will be posted as a response to your activity check. If you haven't chosen any, you have until AC closes to do so.

V and Sho do not have enough activity. With the whole adventures thing, and waiting to see what was going on with that I dropped the ball and did not have as much activity as I thought. So I need to take a strike. (And somehow do double activity for both of them in a month that I'll be spending half of at Disney, lol. That'll be.... interesting.)

Recognizing our own culpability in these delays, we will not enforce the double requirement for those two in the upcoming month.

Xion's efforts at dealing with bullies have resulted in:

Blessing: Escape Velocity. Xion may expend this blessing to somehow escape from any situation, no matter how hopeless. An implausible series of events will get her to freedom in some way, shape, or form.

Xion's efforts at earning money have resulted in:

Learning what an eagull is (it's half eagle, half seagull, and a plague on the island, much like pigeons would be to cities if they were loud and aggressive)

V's efforts at working on that spork have resulted in:

Mandatory Remedial Ethic classes, focusing primarily on how blowing up people is not a good idea.
+1 regard from Pikabu, whose approval should fill you with shame.

V's efforts at adapting his own magic have resulted in:

Regain: CURRICULUM BREACH. V regains access to and use of cantrips as per their functioning in canon.

Sho's efforts at figuring out that circle have resulted in:

3 pies appearing out of nowhere, fresh-baked and tasty.
A really cheap laugh for Headmaster Birony.

Sho's efforts at working on trash sculptures has resulted in:

Positive regard from Pikabu.
