She pulled her spell book from where it rested between the inside of her jacket and her shirt. she also fished out a purple gel pen from an inner pocket. She flipped the book to an empty page, considered a moment then wrote. She read her work and nodded with a grin. She tucked the pen behind her ear.
"Here we go."
She pointed a finger at him, book in her other hand.

She gestured as she incanted, over his head. When she was done he had a small rain cloud over his head, pouring down on him. Her eyes flashed green as she cast, though the green faded as she finished the last word of the spell.
