Both. The Magicademy accepts that the bigger the barrier it puts up to keep people out, the more attention and idiotic attempts to break it or overcome it such a barrier will incur. Consequently they have some fairly routine spells up and have just begged people PLEASE DON'T GO GET EATEN.
