It was fortunate for Minfilia that she was being a proper dutiful student despite her handicap, as the person sitting behind her was very much doing the exact opposite despite being in her shoes. He hadn't been paying attention at all during the lecture and had only caught the tail end of the demonstration, so Lloyd — in typical Lloyd-fashion — was doing his damnedest to play catch-up before the teacher noticed. He latched onto Minfilia in particular, as it looked like she had an idea of what she was doing, and readied himself to mime her actions--

He first thought it was a trick of the light, but Lloyd was able to put two and two together quick enough when he noticed no one else's hair changing. His wand nearly fell out of his grasp from how flabbergasted he was at the sight. This was way different from the usual magic he was used to.

"…Uh…" It didn't seem like she noticed, she seemed more concerned about the spells 'failing' than her own appearance. Should he say something? How would she even react at the results? Girls don't usually like it when their hair is messed with, right? "Is that how it's supposed to work?"
