A week ago, someone getting the jump on her like that would have startled her. Someone getting the jump on her who didn't know who Roxas and Axel were... who used the word friends so casually... Whoever this was they weren't part of Organization XIII.
Xion's survival instincts were screaming at her to get jup, find out who spoke and to call in her Keyblade. But she had already resigned herself to being ended. Maybe Roxas couldn't bring himself to hurt her, even without remembering who she was. Maybe he found a way to get her a potion in time, so Riku or Namine or someone brought her here so someone else could finish the job.
She made herself relax physically. She would accept the blow when it came. She hoped.
Her eyes drifted closed again. "As much as a Nobody like me could have," she said softly, with a shrug. Anyone sent here to end her would know that much, at least. So hiding it wasn't protecting them.
