Apparently not, since from her perspective there was nothing wrong with thinking about others first. Sure, she was shivering too but she could spare a few moments to try and talk some sense into Kaiba. It was the right thing to do, and she would have felt guilty if she hadn't tried to do something.

He was still acting like he was in charge of.... well... everything and he could just order whomever around. She didn't approve but she just shook her head at this one and thanked the stranger for the information afterwards, albeit a bit apologetically.
