Lea looked up as the girl addressed him. "It's not mine," he explained. "I was getting this book down and the wand must have been laying on top of it; darn thing hit me on the head."
"And since it's acting weird, I was gonna bundle it up before it had a chance to potentially do more than put on a light show," he continued. "Figured I'd turn it in to the librarian; if it belongs to somebody, chances are they'll come looking for it sooner or later. And if not, well it wouldn't be the first weird thing to end up sitting in a lost and found forever, and it probably won't be the last."
